About
A path, not a program
This site is built around one idea: awareness unfolds in stages. Most people move through life without ever noticing there's a next stage at all — until something cracks the surface and a deeper question starts asking itself.
Why seven stages
The journey starts in ordinary life — the autopilot of routine, the noise of an unquiet mind — and moves through waking up, a genuine dark night, the work of facing what's been buried, and on into direct knowing and, finally, a return to wholeness.
Each stage stands on its own. You don't need to have "completed" one to explore another, and there's no timeline to follow. Some people spend years in one stage. Others move through several in a season. The stages are here to be recognized, not raced through.
Where this comes from
The later stages draw on Carl Jung's work on the shadow and individuation, the Gnostic understanding of direct knowing (gnosis) and the return to the Pleroma, and the experience many people describe as a dark night of the soul — a collapse that clears the way for something truer to emerge.
Jungian psychology
The shadow, the unconscious, and the lifelong work of becoming whole rather than merely positive.
Gnostic teaching
Direct, unmediated knowing of the divine — and the soul's return to the fullness it never truly left.
The dark night
The collapse of old meaning that, however painful, clears space for something quieter and truer.
Non-dual awareness
The recognition that the separation between self and world was never as solid as it seemed.
How to use this site
Start on the home page and read through each stage's description. Choose the one that sounds most like where you are right now — not where you'd like to be, or where you used to be. Each stage page holds a small collection of videos to sit with at your own pace.
